Terms of Service

By using Usound ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. The Platform connects Saudi-based companies with verified content creators for fixed-price service agreements. All transactions are facilitated through the Platform with manual admin verification of bank transfers. Companies are responsible for providing accurate campaign briefs and budget information. Creators are responsible for delivering services as described in their listings.

Creator Responsibility

By registering as a content creator on Usound, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of all services you offer through the Platform.

The creator bears full legal and contractual responsibility if they do not hold Maothoq (موثوق) verification or any equivalent official accreditation, or if they are not otherwise qualified to deliver the contracted services. Usound is not liable for any consequences arising from a creator's lack of required certifications or qualifications.

Platform Commission

Usound platform commission on all transactions: zero (0) Saudi Riyals. The platform does not charge any fees or commissions to companies or creators for any transaction carried out through it.

Bank Transfer Fees

Any bank transfer fees imposed by the bank will be deducted from the transferred amount. The transferring party (company or creator) bears their own bank transfer fees, and Usound is not liable for any bank charges.

Privacy Policy

Usound collects only what is needed to operate the marketplace. This includes: account data (name, email, phone, password hash); company details (trade name, CR number, industry, logo); creator profile data (stage name, bio, city, niches, portfolio, audience notes); identity documents you upload such as a Maothoq certificate; photos and videos you upload for avatars, proofs, and campaign content; messages exchanged on the platform; billing and payout data (invoices, IBAN, bank name, account holder); device identifiers used for push notifications; and basic product-usage records. Data is hosted in the MENA region. We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to run hosting, email, file storage, and push delivery, or when required by Saudi law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account from Settings or by emailing info@usoundagency.com. Push tokens are removed when you disable notifications or delete your account.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Payments are held as escrow until service completion and approval. Disputes are reviewed by Platform administrators. Refunds may be issued based on the dispute resolution outcome.
